Frequently asked questions

Is there a free plan?
Not for the hosted product. Two things are free instead: the internal link checker (scan any site, no account needed) and self-hosting, which is free forever under AGPL-3.0. Hosted crawling, storage, and AI review cost real money to run; honest pricing beats a free tier that has to cut corners.
When am I charged?
When you pick a plan at checkout, and monthly after that. The free scan needs no account and no card, and if you are unhappy in your first 14 days on a paid plan, email us for a full refund of your first payment.
What happens to my links if I cancel?
Links shipped through the script stop being served when a subscription ends, but nothing is destroyed: your crawl data, decisions, and link map can be exported, and because the platform is open source, you can move to a self-hosted instance and keep serving the same links at no cost.
Why is self-hosting free if hosted costs money?
Because the software is open source and the hosted fee pays for infrastructure and operations, not the code: crawl compute, storage, the AI review pass, and someone on call. Run those yourself and you owe us nothing. That is the deal AGPL makes, and we like it.
Do all plans include the AI review and content edits?
Yes. Every hosted plan includes the full engine: crawling, topic modeling, scoring, the AI anchor review, and AI-suggested content edits. Plans differ on site count, crawl size, and re-crawl frequency, not on intelligence.
